At 4K resolution however I get a nice scaling of around 99% most of the time and the game runs pretty well on 4K (with AA off and viewing distance at about 60-70%, all the rest maxed out).

The name for my old boot drive is still in the order despite being unplugged, and so is my SSD, but no flash drive. I booted it back up, and now the flash drive, despite being plugged in, is no longer visible in the boot order. I even unplugged my old boot drive as was recommended to me. One of the potential fixes said 'Make sure the drive is first in the boot order.' So I did that. Every part had been replaced with a better alternative except this, and here I was just about to basically complete the build, except no. This is the last custom part in this build of mine to replace the only remaining original part from the old rebuilt I had built a custom PC out of.
